2017 TCS New York City Marathon


CJ First Candle is proud to serve as an official charity partner of the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon! The TCS New York City Marathon, which will be held on Sunday, November 5th, offers an unique and wide-reaching platform for our devoted charity runners to raise awareness and funds for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID) and Stillbirth.

Run Through Our Charity Entry

CJ First Candle has secured a limited number of guaranteed entries for the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon. We anticipate strong interest in this program and a competitive application process. Team CJ First Candle selections will be made based on fundraising capacity/experience. Preference will be given to SIDS/SUID and Stillbirth families.

CJ First Candle and Team CJ First Candle are excited about participating in the upcoming TCS New York City Marathon! In the past 5 years, Team CJ First Candle participants have raised over $200,000 to support our mission.

Help us reach our 2017 goal of $100,000! Funds raised will support research, education, and services for families.

About The Race

The New York City Marathon has grown from a Central Park race with 55 finishers to the world’s biggest and most popular marathon with nearly 50,000 finishers. The 2017 TCS New York City Marathon will feature a talented American and international professional athlete field, charity runners, and thousands of runners of all ages and abilities. More than 10,000 volunteers help to support participants across the 26.2-mile race route, which touches each of New York City’s five boroughs, and is lined with more than one million neighbors and guests.
